PAMELA LISLE SMITH
FOUNDER
Pamela is passionate about helping women find joy through maximizing their career potential. Throughout her career, she has worked with women at all stages of their career, helping them find satisfaction and achieve success. This has included mentoring college students, working with women re-entering the workforce, and placing senior level executives in major global corporations.
After spending the first ten years of her career in human resources and commercial roles for a Fortune 500 company, she followed a valued mentor into the Executive Search industry. This move helped her understand the value of having a trusted individual to help guide you in your career.
Pam spent the first part of her executive search career placing senior level executives across multiple industries globally. She developed a keen understanding of candidates' functional expertise, developmental needs and personal growth desires and how to match those with clients' senior executive roles. This helps her discern what companies are desiring in their employees and what it takes to develop a rewarding career.
Lisle Associates was formed in 2004 and Pam developed a thriving practice building leadership teams, as well as partnering with top retained executive search firms, placing C-level executives globally.
Pam's functional expertise, spurred by her passion for helping others, led to her developing a systematic approach to developing career strategies.
Pam grew up in Indiana, and earned her BBA from LeTourneau University. She is the proud mother of two and step-mother of three adult children -- each thriving -- and grandmother of four babies. Pam’s goal in forming SheQuip is to equip women who have also experienced divorce, find enriching careers.
